He is recently divorced. We’ve been friends for 10+ years. For me it’s too soon to view him through that lens. I truly value the friendship and am not looking to be anyone’s rebound. He brought them to thank me for my support so I’m taking them at face value even though I’m also definitely aware this might be about more because do guys really do this kind of thing to thank a friend?
