We are investigating why zaps aren't being swept properly by the wallet. They are being received but balance isn't reflecting. Sorry for the issues but thank you for trying out this new feature, we'll report back any updates.

What happens if I fund a mutiny wallet using only ecash? Could that cause issues because no lightning channel is open?

That's what I'm doing. I have a self-custodial lightning node and I'm now using Mutiny Wallet as my spending wallet because of the convenience and privacy of eCash with fedimint. I think the latest Mutiny update with Fedimint integration is a giant step forward for mobile wallets.
