It depends on the amount of leaves. I mulch up some and when it becomes too much I burn them or blow them into a pile by the road and the town comes by and sucks them up.

Yes, and I am always unnecessarily annoyed when they become too much to mulch.

In the summer you cut the grass, in the fall you cut the leaves.
