This is where my heart is too! I love small local businesses and the benefits this can bring them ❤️ I also talk to friends and family about how holding the US $ for savings is like holding an ice cube and saving it for later, and that there is a better option our there for them.
One at a time. Do you find more success seeing a lightning accpted or bitcoin sign for small business
Considered this many times but I dont know how to approach it
Here in Vietnam it's a mix of easier in some aspects, and harder in other ways. I think it's about opening up the conversation and not expecting a place to say yes first time. I often say things like, 'you accept cash and allow people to pay with cards which can have lots of fees, would you be interested to add another payment option that's new and likely to be popular in the years ahead?'
People are curious so it's good to be able to talk. Here in Vietnam we have NeutronPay which allows me to send sats and they receive vnd. In a lot of ways, this helps. The business often perceives less risk this way. It's also a great way to start their journey to learn about #bitcoin 🤩
