It seems to me gold just about tracks along to the real yet unreported tune of inflation. Only problem is, for the average Joe, I’m left with only two options: leave my gold bars tucked away in a sock drawer until I die, or run them down to Jim Bob at the pawn shop / coin exchange and get my ass reamed out by whatever he’s willing to give me for them. Maybe I can be enlightened by other methods of use, but this is all I’m currently aware of. 🤷‍♂️
