Zaps are kind like a tips that are transmitted over Bitcoin lightning network. You need to configure bitcoin lightning wallet to be able to zap people or receive zaps.
Welcome there are a few lighting wallets to start, there are custodial ones like zbd or wallet of Satoshi.
There are self run ones like phionex and Mutiny. While safer the later are more technicality start. Did you need more assistance getting a lighting wallet?
