Miners aren’t leaving sats on the table, it’s actually the opposite. Lots of good articles on the subject if you google.
I’m pretty sure stratum v2 will help with this
There still leaving sats on the table but they can’t help it if they find a block quickly after the last one
I’m not sure we have the same definition of “sats on the table”. Miners are ruthless sats grabbers and will always try to get as many as possible. Following this strategy, they line empty blocks
