I've done 200 situps, half-pushups, & squats since 7:00 pm last night, broken down into groups of 40 each which takes 5 minutes. That was day 31. I've got 200 more today for day 32. After I hit day 30, I took 2 days off. My next goal is 60 days, & I'll reward myself with a day or 2 off. πŸ’―πŸ’₯
