Wouldn't that factor more into marriage rather than a biological function? As I said elsewhere though, there a massive blur between biology and sociology in humans.

I don't think submissivity can really be a factor in the stereotype. I simply think it is simply the availability of porn from "exotic" places and the male instinct to spread one's genes.
