Take it with a meal that is enhanced by oregano? I don't have the problem so I'm just guessing.

This is the brand I got. Seems legit. I’ll try it with a meal. I was just doing the drops in a little bit of water. I had oregano burps all morning 😂

OH! yeah I can see what you mean. I only take it in gel tablet form. --that would be harsh. I would definitely take it with a meal.

As bad as the oil tasted, I’d say it worked. My cold only last 3-4 days with only 1-2 days of actual symptoms. The other days I just had some residual mucus and a slight cough. Usually the cold would last about a week. Thanks for the tip!
