You need a support group to hear about your dates so you can not disengage with the process entirely. It’s rough. Some of my married friends if I recall something from their single days they act like shell-shocked soldiers hearing tales from the front.
I say that but I recently entirely cleared the decks and have my hinge profile hidden.
