Unlike most (all?) other countries, there will be the risk of mortal cost to those enforcing any policy that goes against the Constitution in America.

It is part of the reason I am bullish on America long-term and excited to see sound money return to our foundational institutions outlined in the United States Constitution.

🇺🇸America as a nation-state will not only survive, it will thrive when we achieve hyperbitcoinization. It’ll look a lot different than it does today (sure!) but there will be government of the people, by the people, for the people once more.

That risk will be there until it’s broken. Believe me.. many many died here on both sides.. there was a risk of dying if you wanted to violate constitution and yet they did it

Government has a lot of power .. military service also.. it’s not easy but is still possible. They can go impose bans and rules on you using gray areas of the constitution first

But yes, of course United States is safer .. but don’t give it for granted

Adding to this.. even Japan, Germany and many other countries in Europe had their constitutions until someone else took over

There were countries during Nazi times that had all their records taken so Nazis would know who has the money, who is from what religion etc

So that is my message.. don’t give it for granted
