You can definitely do that, but the power disparities will be tremendous.

What kind of power are you thinking of? I don't see much use for it at this point. Yes, I'm ignorant. I have too many other concerns to bother trying to dig into this, really.
Most people don't understand the implications that access to AI, or the lack thereof, will have on our lives.

I can't see it being much use beyond a personal assistant that's mostly just a voice to text or text to voice engine. 100% nothing I want listening in 24/7. I'm very OK with being a luddite. 😁
Your internet analogy is good. I remember when people thought it was stupid, and they thought people who were into the internet were weirdos.
