Catholics know the difference between worship and veneration. Do you?
We do pray to her. We don't worship her. No Mary, no Jesus. Know Mary, know Jesus.
Can I pray to you to pray for me? Obviously so. Protestants have no qualms requesting prayers from each other. A prayer is a request, by definition its inarguable. Mary, the Holy Mother of God lives in Heaven. You think we ought not to pray to her to pray for us?
I ask other living Christians to pray to God for/with me. We go to Christ alone, we never attempt to contact the dead.
She LIVES in Heaven. We're not promised everlasting DEATH in Heaven. Only nothing short of everlasting LIFE
The dead await the final resurrection.
Acts 2:29, 34 – Even David “has not ascended into the heavens” (his body is still in the tomb); only Jesus has a glorified body now.
John 3:13 – “No one has ascended into heaven except he who descended from heaven, the Son of Man” (Jesus).
Since we're going only based off of the bible (God does way more than what's in the bible) what happened to Enoch and Elijah?
The Catholic view on Mary is my number 1 gripe with them. It's objectively idolatry.
