yes, i highly recommend it.
imo it’s best to do an intro course in an app. it keeps you on track and challenges u a little bit more every day as u develop.
Headspace is where i got started and i still use those practices.
Waking up is great - but i think it’s better for a more advanced person. as it covers many different approaches.
