Costco is great, you have to follow two rules and only two.
1. Don't go near the place on a weekend, at all, ever.
2. Same and more so with holidays.
Do that and it is a great store. About 11 AM on a Tuesday is perfect.

I've been a member there for four years & had to renew today.
Just walked out without renewing because it was so insane.
Yep. Work gives us a membership at costo or sams. Our choice. I get costco and my aunt gets sams. Then we coordinate trips since they are about 2 miles apart in the next county and make a half day trip out of it. Perks to rotating shifts at the plant as well. We never go on the weekends and whichever of us was just working nights gets a ride from the one on days.
Or any big box store on a weekend! I forgot what day it was and got stuck driving past a mall to get to Academy. The mall was still surviving enough to screw up traffic around it for what seemed like miles. My mood was so soured that when I got home and renewed my search for rural properties way the Hell away from here.
