I don’t think any of us should get too attached to this private key. No one has been careful enough with it. Hopefully there’s a way to endorse replacement keys in the future.
There won't ever be replacement keys. You lose your private key, you lose your account. Same with crypto or Bitcoin. Some people have never even accessed there private key. Nostr and hot wallets alike. I had a friend who didn't know if his app was Uninstalled he would lose access, was a life saver to raise awareness to back that shit up.
Right what I’m saying is if there is some method to endorse a new key and announce it. I’m never going to be comfortable with the fact that this private key is sitting in the memory of my phone.
Sounds like a safe route. But a lot of work unless there is a way to automate things. Like an export/import csv
