Has public-pool.io ever mined a block or does it use tor? I've seen a few blocks mined with solo.ckpool.org on mempool.space
Discussion
As far as I know, it has not mined one yet 😬
Solo.ckpool.org website states it is extensively connected to high-speed, low-latency Bitcoin nodes for rapid block change notification and propagation.
Public-pool.io have not found a block, looking at their website. They also do not mention anything about the pools performance.
may switch my bitaxes to solo.ckpool.org based upon past performance. I would not be fussed about a 2% fee if I find a block!
Public Pool is too new and has little hash power, so it makes sense it hasn't found a block. Plus, also it would be nice to have them find a block to validate their software stack, that it actually works.
I've thought about switching too, but in the grand scheme of things it probably doesn't matter.
maybe the simple reason public-pool.io has not yet found a block is due to having less overall hashrate, compared to other solo pools such as solo.ckpool.org
