Everything you get from ruminant meat and possibly, but not always, from vegetables properly grown in healthy soil.
Animal fats mostly I think. Switching from seed oils to healthy fats made me so much more receptive to sunlight to the point that I crave it. No more sunscreen because my skin is healthy again.
