I enjoy watching ufc and one, but I agree that doing the work yourself and training/ sparring at the dojo is the real meta. I do Muay Thai at a local gym

Did Muay Thai for 7 years in my 20s… the fight club is definitely not the same, it isn’t a sport, no discipline or athletes there, pure emotion and impulsive chaos 😇
