Nostrdesign.org does not have an attached community because I believe we are all better off by not erecting new walls. Nostr IS the community and provides great levels of transparency to the subject that impacts every one of us.

Designers don’t have all the answers. Everyone can provide feedback, insights and ideas that may create a stronger ecosystem. It felt wrong to me to gate such important matters to a “designer” community.

Ultimately, I settled on an existing hashtag #nostrdesign . It helps organize questions and comments and is easily accessible from any client instantly. No new walls needed.

On a personal level, I felt it is important for me to communicate with the tools we are building as a community. It felt wrong to talk about nostr on anywhere but nostr. If it doesn’t need to be private, talking about it here works just fine.
