~4 months into carnivore and the best rhythm I've found is:
2lbs of 80/20 ground beef, cooked in ghee on high heat so it's partially crispy/partially raw, plenty of salt, once per day (I prefer evening around 4-6).
The early days of choking it down while daydreaming about carbs are over. Those cravings have completely subsided; this pile of fatty goodness tastes delicious every single time now.
One of the best food-mentality upgrades I've received over the course of this journey has been learning the difference between CRAVINGS and HUNGER.
If you're salivating at the thought of a bowl of juicy meat, that's a hunger signal. Your body is ready for nutrient ingestion.
If you're salivating for carb/sugar bombs like potato chips, candy, or bread, that's a craving, i.e. not a natural hunger signal but an EMOTIONAL signal your brain is sending you to seek the nearest taste-bud party.
The former is a natural, primal urge that's kept our species alive and thriving for millions of years.
The latter is a modern phenomenon brought about by industrialized agriculture, and more recently specialized laboratories ran by Big Food companies tasked with disarming the hunger signals described above, and replacing them with insatiable, constant cravings for their product.
