These things imagine things. I asked a question like which NIPS you would use for something and it was citing imaginary NIPS by numbers.
Not the Bing, though, but the ChatGPT standalone app in the browser.
I work in NLP and even for me the speed of the release cadence for these models is mind-blowing.
But they’re overhyped, imho. Really really powerful, but overhyped.
Blew my mind when I saw that today. I figured it was GPT-3.5
