A few comments/questions..
At around 1:40 with clipper i think you used guard #3 (biggest of the three) but wasnt specified
Around 5:00 when talking about blending, and having the clipper open, do you use the smaller guard number or the bigger for area being blended?

I did use guard #3 @ 1:40
And I used guard #2 open teeth @ 5:00 .
To be more specific,
I used #3 closed all around, then #1 closed on edges , after that I used #2 closed in the middle.
After that is blending using #2 open first , then use #1 open around the bottom
