Needed. With some sort of SATs lockup for added security, for both parties.. These sort of things need to be built but focused on the service, not the Bitcoin or Nostr aspect of it.

We dont have very much in the states. The site is a work in progress. Every day we are adding better search tools and map functionality. You are from pub key ?
