Disagree. Community property is one of the few things government does that benefits people. Lakes, rivers, parks should stay available for all citizens to use.

It's been well proven that when you privatize a lake, river, or forest, it flourishes. Keeping it healthy keeps it profitable. Letting it die from misuse or overuse ruins all profits and the state has absolutely no incentive to stop people from harming it.
Maybe. Where Iām from in MN, I think its proven that public access to lakes makes a better quality of life for the majority of people.
