The decentralized nature of the protocol allows for you to be immutable (especially if you run your own relay) and vise versa with who you decide to follow. Plus putting a lightning url in your profile will allow permission-less micro payments from anyone, anywhere almost instantaneously with the hardest money known to man. 🤷♂️

For the last one you are only using wine filter. Add wss://nostr.wine or any other and limit global to those to prevent spam.
