Lol @jack

1. Complains about IP law, made a closed source Bitcoin wallet

2. Complains about Bitcoin not being used as medium of exchange, doesn't enable Bitcoin on his hugely popular point of sale terminal

3. Complains about censorship, ran the most censored social media platform ever

There has never been a bigger LARP

Oh and

1. Thinks Bitcoin is great, but his company has none

These...are facts

So closed source and IP law are equal?

What are open and closed source without IP law? It's the basis of these concepts.

IP law is state based and enforced right? I decide what to with what i developed.

I guess i know where you getting at. But who would be an appropriate authority to force everyone to have no secrets?

The third point might be too harsh.

But can’t deny the first two.

Yeah i really don't get #2. Whenever i see square POS i ask about btc and its always "no". I've seen ppl on nostr ask nostr:nprofile1qqsgydql3q4ka27d9wnlrmus4tvkrnc8ftc4h8h5fgyln54gl0a7dgspp4mhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mqpzemhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuurjd9kkzmpwdejhgqg4waehxw309aex2mrp0yhx6mmnw3ezuur4vgkhjsen and he may have replied somewhere but i can't find it. I asked chatgpt and it muses about compliance and network reliability. I'd imagine it has to get to applepay reliability before they risk the normy ux (both operator and customer).

But its "not being the change he seeks". It would be reasonably easy to have onboarding training for operators** builtin to those larger terminals.

** afterall most retail operators are millenial digital natives
