Try changing the File Server if you haven't yet. There are several options. I usually use nostr.build but I've had good results from void.cat as well.

Gosh when you say - "try to change the file server" I've no idea how to do that or what that means really.
After you select the file hit the File Server box-

Then choose a different server from the list-
