My understanding, and I could be wrong, but if a person chooses that option, it's asking the other relays to also mute all the users that that user has already muted.
I could be wrong. I'm still trying to figure this stuff out.
That's how I understand it too. But is there a use case for it? Like "I want to mute all accounts that Misty has muted"?
