So how exactly am I being tracked when I make a note on #nostr? I wrote a not about lottery on here a couple of days ago. I just clicked on a YouTube playlist someone shared with me and it opened in browser so it wasn't connected to my paid (ad free) account, and I just got served an ad about a formula to winning the lottery. 👀

It's possible I might have typed lottery in my avandanium browser but that's connected to duckduck go search. I am on graphene os but I do use Gboard I think as mentioned. Hmmm.
DuckDuckGo makes most of its money from keyword-based advertising. They pretend to care about your privacy but it's all privacy-washing bullshit. Never trust a service who makes money through ads.
