I was going through my iphone photos and came across this picture from 2019. It was a party held by Aston Martin North America for owners held at what is now Cardi B’s home. I don’t begrudge anyone liking and having nice things, but looking back it all seems so grotesque. I am happy to say I feel like I have learned so much from the bitcoin community and grown as a person. 2019 Susie would not recognize 2023 Susie. I’m proud of this fact. ☺️
*And yes my husband sold his AM Vanquish in ‘21.

Totally understand the sentiment, but also don't think liking nice things precludes you from being a bitcoiner. Some people spend money on cars because they like the image (probably not the healthiest), some people spend money on cars because they genuinely enjoy nice/fast cars. Now, would an Aston be my supercar pick if/when I can ever afford one? Probably not, but thats another debate 😜
No more “wen lambo” haha. Tbh I some what agree. Purchasing expensive items just to be flashy/showoff is no longer something i am interested in. I still want a classic porsche 911 in my citadel tho 😂

Absolutely nothing wrong with having nice things. We just came to value freedom over material things. No offense at all to people who would rather work to afford a certain lifestyle.
