I have it. I take it at night before bed. Honestly can't say I've noticed a huge effect, but I'm pretty healthy to begin with and changed up a bunch of stuff all at once.

Pregnenolone I noticed right away. I had very low libido and pregnenolone turned me into a sexual tyrannosaurus rex. Effects tapered off over time. Taking a break from it now. It also made me cool as a cucumber, zen level patience and calm.
