as for social media of hot chicks back in the day when i was on insta i would spy on the girls i worked out with because when they would post selfies they were geotagged by their phone to location of the gym and insta had a feature where you could just look at all the content posted at the same location so you could spy on everybody you work out with

also wanted to tell you - you leak way too much personal info online - the FBI will have ZERO effort identifying who you are

i do it too, but it's very dumb

and yes i know they will figure out who we are regardless but we're making it so easy for them that 10 years from now anybody will just be able to say "grok dox dissident sound - name, picture, address, phone number" and in less than 5 seconds they will have all that info.

it's honestly way too late for both of us to worry about this - the better policy at this point is to not say anything you wouldn't say under your own real name because they will put 2 and 2 together and find out who you are.

this is actually why i only asked what region of US you were from but you said what city you're from instead. you're making it unnecessarily easy for AI to dox you. and yes i do it too and yes no matter what we do it will happen anyway but as i said no need to make it easy for them.

basically whenever you're posting something always ask yourself - what is the absolute minimum amount of detail i can provide and still make my point understood ?

this is also a good rule offline as well. as Robert Greene writes "always say less than necessary"

truly a golden rule

Yes, I am aware of that - for example, my hobbies are a small enough world that even omitting names and exact locations it wouldn't be hard to dox. And there are known and admitted informants here.

That's saying nothing about smartphones and how much data they leak anyway without most being aware of it - but it's like a sieve in most cases. An example of this is, I went to a show recently and all of a sudden people from there came up as "people you may know" on Facebook - despite the fact I have never used the FB app on my phone.

And FYI I mentioned the Mid-West on here, but the particular city I believe was only mentioned on your site & we know from experience that most people do not click on links to your site or any site, but you're right that's poor OPSEC if you have a dedicated adversary.
