Are there any open source content developers on nostr?

Every note is open source content dev, we all are
They may be source viewable with default copyrights and repurposing greatly depends on fair use type laws.
What I mean is...
A meme maker, or artist or video producer that makes their source and layer composite files freely available for anyone to take and do with as they please under MIT, Apache2 or AGPL license etc
all memes are open source
Not quite sure what is meant by “open source content” but Stemstr comes to mind. Open music collab. Have heard much from their team on here in a while though.
Stemstr may be the best example for audio clips. Could be much improved using more standards and clear licensing but its a decent start
