I do.

Here's how:

Sit down with your back straight.

Breath through your nose.

Sit in an Indian Style:

1. Legs crossed

2. Half lotus

3. Full lotus

Breath in and watch your breath to the point where it can't move.

Breath out and do the same.

Eventually just observe the feeling at the tip of the nose.

Every thought is too be let go. Recognize it and let it go.

Try for 5 minutes. If you do it right for 5 minutes it will save you a month of sorrow. Exponentially increase as you practice.
