Taxing is just another way of saying you dont want to work.
Taxing is not a transaction where parties decide to exchange value.
It is rather taking someones money unilaterally, without you needing to provide value.

Anyway not the government do things in most cases, but individual contractors. And even where the government owns something, it ends bad, as government owning literally means no competition, no incentive to make it better.
So we could pay these things without the government.
Or even a new way of politics, is you get paid to achieve something. You are not elected, you are only paid per task...
