Curious... do you use spam filters on your email?
i see your point and you are of course free to participate in any filtration you deem favorable.
however in the case of bitcoin blockchain it would be like with internet packets and you being some kind of router and cdn (with your node).
where packets of different content would pass through you and you could decide which you want to relay out.
because fundamentally almost none transactions are directed to you that are broadcaster and/or mined.
