Scariest part: US CTI pushing to require digital id to use an ISP. Past time to get serious about peer to peer links. But I suppose a peer link would then be considered a "crime".
Great discussion about how the US #CBDC would be implemented. The US Central Bank also released a research paper about the project Hamilton that gives clues on how a US CBDC could look like.
