Had a similar experience last year with a small shitcoin startup that cut costs at the height of the FTX collapse and subsequent bear market. Entire product management, customer service and community management departments was axed in favor for outsourcing on the cheap. Everybody had to pull teeth to get their pay including yours truly. Long story short, landed on my feet doing another job to keep me alive, but still on the look out for a better opportunity that isn't soul sucking and depressing.
My advice is perhaps look into doing some side hustles or go all in on #entrepreneurship during the transition period until you can find another job. Don't go the traditional route of job hunting, leverage your network or go through back channels. Most job postings are ghost jobs and your wasting your valuable time, LinkedIn is a joke in this regard, imo.
