Following an assessment earlier today with Israeli Minister of Defense Israel Katz and IDF Chief of General Staff Lieutenant General Herzi Halevi, the decision has been made by the IDF Homefront Command to lift all restrictions for communities in Northern Israel, near the border with Lebanon. The Homefront Command has adjusted the activity scale in the northern frontier communities from “partial activity” to “full activity,” with residents able to begin returning to their homes in the North on March 2nd.
