Is BS and disappointing to see rootstock doing partnerships with scams.

Cardano is centralized and we can easily swap between the two (not that you would ever want to) on a DEX. Why would you want to use Cardano to do smart contracts? If they say bitcoinOS has zero knowledge proofs then why do you need another block chain?
