Yes I used to think that but it turns out that it’s the oils that are the main problem.

When people go low carb I believe their health improves because carbs and seed oils are very often combined in “foods” ie French fries, potato chips , even bread and almost all processed foods. When you reduce carbs , seed oil consumption is also massively reduced.
