I wake up everyday between 4am and 5am, even on weekends, and that's without any alarms. It doesn't matter how tired I am, it's always around this time.

If I try to stay up very late so I can wake up at a later time than usual, I wake up between 6am and 7am 😭

I've been like this since 2000.

With age comes less sleep.

😂

I feel your pain. Me 4:30 today

Positive is it’s the best part of the day. Get out and see the sunrise. Today I rode my bike at 5:50 am. Perfect

Just once I would like to sleep past it 🤣

Set your clock a few hours fast, mind games

I've always been one to wake up early and once I'm awake that's it, I'm up, moving. Then I got a boat and one morning I slept in till just gone 11. Never understood how people could do that. For me it was the peaceful rocking motion, I think. Perhaps it's the environment you sleep in isn't conducive to restful mornings?

Actually, I'm thinking that my sleep is so efficient, all I need is six hours of it. I always wake up fresh. In fact, once I open my eyes, I immediately jump (not rise) out of bed because I feel I can't take lying in bed anymore.

I never look sleepy or groggy, and I'm instantly ready for work.

I still need my coffee ☕ though.

That could be the case, I'm running on 5 hours last night and still can't sit still - different matter when I'm floating though, I can usually roll back over and get another hour or two. My chest used to start to really hurting I stayed in bed after waking up, which was weird and annoying.

I'm the same but it's not my chest that hurts, it's my back.

Personally, I sleep 7.5 hours per night. 5 cycles of one and a half hours. I try to go to bed at 10:00 pm and wake up at 5:30 am. You will rarely see (in normal times) a 50-year-old person sleeping until noon, nor a student getting up at six in the morning on weekends. I think it’s a question of internal clock, which must also be due to age. The more years go by, the more we feel the need to accomplish things… It’s a small sense of urgency that animates people as they age. I am 58 years young.
