Yeah, the article mentions Greece:

Greek wealth is higher than German wealth, due to the rising home prices. Germans usually don't own homes. Or anything else. Most Germans have effectively no savings or property, at all.
Imagine that our rulers in czech rep. tell us to "shut up and be more like Germans" and rent a place.
