Even farmers can be corrupted. Acting like it's their shit but infact they are the middle man buying for cheap from conglomerates.

If you have a trustworthy farmer then yes it's a win/win

Eat animal based products and make everything yourself at home. No more high processed garbage into your body.

Buy from your local farmer and try to orange pill them in the meanwhile.
