Ah, thats interesting. Generally it happens when you lose contact with the server, or it goes down while youre trying to redeem nuts. It could be some timeout issue you need to wait for. In the past, it fixes itself when they reboot the server/mint

Yes I can use nostr:npub1kvaln6tm0re4d99q9e4ma788wpvnw0jzkz595cljtfgwhldd75xsj9tkzv app and connected to their mint also; works fine

In eNuts app, connected to nostr:npub1kvaln6tm0re4d99q9e4ma788wpvnw0jzkz595cljtfgwhldd75xsj9tkzv mint, I get the above error. Been like that for a few days now

Ive done what you said ("...wait for some timeout issue to fix itself..."), but still persists.
