I've been lazy and have run Umbrel for the last 18 months. Gonna set up Bitcoin Core and Core LN this weekend!

Don't get me wrong I love Umbrel and the neat UX they have designed but it's time to take more responsibility in terms of choosing what software and version I run, and to get a better understanding of the technical details

In addition, the Umbrel security concept when I last checked the project was flawed. They were trusting the local network fully.
