I am Just interested. Since my start here i feel like the amount of zaps i recognize did drastically decreased over time, dont have the feeling of older zapathons etc. Has it something to Do with price going up or is it only in my imagination that i see more the usage of hearts instead of zaps ?

I think more problems was caused by a problems with custodial wallets like Wallet of Satoshi. They were facing regulatory capture and so many clients stopped using it (and others).

But hey, maybe even the price going up is to blame as people are now more in the mood of “not gonna sell now”.

But it is also castodial :( but nice idea, but still frightend that it could be stopped somehow

Not everyone in the world will be able to own their own utxo. Bitcoin can't scale to that level.
