Do you or anyone in your family suffer with hayfever or pollen allergies this time of year?

Sneezing, irritated eyes?

Pro Tip: Do not dry your bedding outside.

Drying your bedding, or even clothes, outside causes massive amounts of pollen to stick to the damp fabrics.

If you leave a bedsheet on a line for two and half hours and the wind is 10 m/s your sheet might capture the entire pollen content of 100,000 m3 of air. This is a lot of spores.

Yes it’s bizarre, but clean bedding can contain extreme / anomalous pollen counts that can trigger immune responses.

Weird huh? Seems illogical that drying outside might not be preferable.
